Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, assessing property conditions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. This role is vital in supporting risk management, fraud prevention, and quality assurance efforts across various projects. Document inspection findings meticulously using standardized reporting tools and photographic evidence. Collaborate with underwriters and risk analysts to provide insights that support accurate risk evaluation. Assist in water damage restoration and mold remediation assessments by verifying scope of work and quality standards. Utilize financial software to record inspection data, generate reports, and track project progress. Support fraud prevention efforts by identifying inconsistencies or suspicious activities during site evaluations. Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members to relay inspection results and recommend corrective actions. Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and emerging trends in construction inspection and risk management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inspection procedures and operational workflows. Skills Proven experience in construction inspection, water damage restoration, or mold remediation. Strong understanding of risk analysis, risk management principles, and underwriting processes. Familiarity with financial software applications used for reporting and data management. Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection strategies within property or insurance contexts. Ability to perform detailed assessments related to water damage, mold issues, or structural integrity. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
