This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a secure construction project and is contingent upon contract award.

Schedule:

Position Summary The Lead CST will lead the Construction Surveillance Technician team in monitoring construction activities to prevent the introduction of electronic, electrical, mechanical, or other hostile surveillance devices into the completed construction. The Lead CST will coordinate daily surveillance coverage with the SSPM and Government Site Security Manager. Key Responsibilities Direct and schedule CST surveillance coverage across all work areas. Perform all required CST surveillance duties. Review CST daily logs, inspection records, and photographs for completeness before submission. clearance. Minimum 3 years of CST or equivalent ICD 705 construction surveillance experience, including lead or supervisory experience. Knowledge of construction disciplines including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles. Knowledge of TSCM, construction principles, and surveillance devices. Ability to read and analyze design drawings and specifications. U.S. citizen and eligible for SOFA status in Japan. Must meet applicable vision, health, physical examination, medical screening, and drug screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Government-approved CST course and ICD 705 training.
