Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) - Yokota Air Base, Japan T47 International, Inc. is seeking qualified Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) for an anticipated secure construction project at Yokota Air Base in Fussa, Tokyo, Japan. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, and is contingent upon contract award.

Schedule:

Estimated Monday-Friday, 0800-1700; final site hours to be determined T47 will sponsor SOFA status for selected candidates. Housing and relocation support details will be provided during the interview process. Compensation includes base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and annual retention bonuses. Position Summary The CST will monitor, observe, and interact with construction workers to prevent the introduction of electronic, electrical, mechanical, or other hostile surveillance monitoring devices into the completed construction. CSTs will also screen equipment, materials, and furnishings entering the controlled construction area. Key Responsibilities Conduct continuous surveillance of construction activities in controlled areas. Screen equipment, materials, and furnishings using examination methods established in the Construction Security Plan. Read and analyze design drawings and specifications to recognize the architect's intent and identify potential security concerns. Maintain daily logs and upload required photographs. clearance. Minimum 3 years of qualifying experience in construction security surveillance, TSCM, industrial or government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or supervisory construction. Knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic construction disciplines. Knowledge of TSCM and devices used for clandestine surveillance. Proficiency with photography, computers, and Microsoft Office. U.S. citizen and eligible for SOFA status in Japan. Must meet applicable vision, health, physical examination, medical screening, and drug screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Government-approved CST course and ICD 705 training.
