As an Inspector, you will be traveling to different clients' homes to inspect the structural and mechanical items of the home. You will be providing detailed inspection reports. Must be able to work Saturdays and evenings. Must obtain the Maryland Home Inspection License. Responsibilities Travel regularly to different job sites for inspection of home. Assist customers with questions after hours. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Must be a licensed Home Inspector Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions Computer skills a must
