We are seeking a skilled Civil Technician III to join our team. This role involves performing and overseeing work on civil sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering technical support. The ideal candidate will have experience with elevated work, civil tasks, and the ability to handle multiple sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure work is performed according to local, state, and federal regulations, including assistance with permits and inspections. Conduct elevated work on civil sites, including repair and installation of equipment, with the potential for multiple sites per day. Perform civil work such as trenching, digging, concrete forming, and pouring. Provide technical support and generate and resolve punch lists during the project schedule and ahead of customer inspections. Operate and adjust commonly used tools in the wireless industry efficiently. Work frequently outdoors, occasionally in inclement weather conditions. Navigate and work within traffic control setups as required by city or county jurisdictions. Knowlege of rebar and concrete finishing. Low voltage work may be necessary. DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work performed at significant heights, requiring ability and comfort with climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in elevated positions using climbing gear and safety equipment. This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone, ability to read printed materials, signs and directions, stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, climb with, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, ladders and/ or towers; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around sites, in the air, or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner. Will be required to work on project sites and operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, equipment, and other tools within local, state, and federal safety guidelines. This position operates in a professional field environment. The position requires working outside, frequently for extended periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, wind and rain. While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.
EXPECTED POSITION HOURS
This is a full-time position. Overtime may be required as job duties demand, and with prior approval. Must be able to work weekends, overnight, out of the market or away from home and willingness to travel overnight as work demands.
Qualifications:
Experience with elevated work and ability to handle a 50 lb. load. Proficient in working with ladders or bucket trucks. Must be available for up to 100% travel, potentially for weeks at a time. Flexible to work shifts, including maintenance windows and weekends as needed. Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, regulations, manuals, blueprints, and jurisdiction requirements. Local to the market. Experience with AT&T/Verizon is a plus. Well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail. Able to climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn. Experienced in concrete finishing, rebar work, and restoration. Skills and Abilities High standards of performance and accountability, setting and achieving personal and team goals. Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving work objectives. Commitment to maintaining quality throughout all stages of construction and service delivery. Certifications, Licenses, and other Requirements Minimum age of 21 years old. Mandatory possession of a current valid Driver's License; CDL is advantageous. Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance. Successful completion and clearance of a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
Pay Range:
$26.00 - $30.00 AAP/EEO
