Key Qualifications & Skills:

Licensing:

Must hold an active Nevada Home Inspector License (or be currently on track / soon-to-be licensed).

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using modern software, mobile apps, and digital reporting tools. Experience with Spectora inspection software is strongly preferred!

Team Player:

Coachable, reliable, takes direction well, and communicates effectively with clients and team members.

Experience Level:

Open to candidates right out of home inspection school, as well as experienced pros.
