Description Interviewing now for Long Term I-83 project (4 year) starting in Fall of 2026 - Transportation Construction Supervisor (TCIS): Responsibilities Supervising and assigning inspectors to observe contractor operations and inspectors project documentation including daily reports, change orders, authorizations, and pay items.
Coordinating with contractors to document its work complies with plans, specifications and other contract requirements.
Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor. Eligibility Four (4) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher, and has two (2) of the following three (3) certifications: PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level II Certification in Highway Construction.
