•local travel required About Preservana Corporation Preservana Corporation is a property maintenance and preservation service company providing inspection, maintenance, repair, and preservation services for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for reliable Field Inspectors to join our growing network of contractors. Job Responsibilities Conduct property preservation and field inspections at assigned properties. Visit vacant, occupied, or distressed properties as instructed. Document the overall condition of the property, including interior and exterior areas when access is available. Take clear, high-quality photos of the property and required inspection points. Document damages, safety hazards, debris, unsecured areas, landscaping conditions, plumbing/HVAC issues, and other property concerns. Verify property address and condition. Complete inspection reports accurately and submit them through the required platform or system. Follow client-specific inspection requirements and photo standards. Report urgent issues or significant property damage immediately. Meet assigned deadlines and maintain professional communication with Preservana's operations team. Requirements Previous experience in property preservation, field inspection, property management, construction, maintenance, or related work is preferred. Smartphone with a good-quality camera. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel locally between assigned properties. Ability to take detailed and properly documented photos. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of residential property conditions and common maintenance issues. Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. Preferred Experience Experience with platforms such as: Safeguard Properties MCS Cyprexx Xome Property preservation / REO inspection platforms Other property management or work-order platforms Compensation Competitive per-inspection compensation , based on inspection type, location, scope, and travel requirements. Additional opportunities may be available for contractors who can perform property preservation, maintenance, repair, lawn care, winterization, securing, debris removal, and other field services. $10.00
