Duties Perform detailed home inspections, evaluating structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other key elements Conduct on-site assessments to identify safety hazards and quality issues during property evaluations Document inspection findings thoroughly using digital tools such as specialized inspection software Ensure all work adheres, construction regulations, and safety standards for residential properties Collaborate with clients, contractors, and real estate professionals to communicate inspection results clearly and professionally Maintain accurate records of inspections, data collection reports, and compliance documentation for future reference or legal purposes Experience Valid Ky and/or IN license as a Home Inspector with proven experience or willing to learn residential property assessments Demonstrated ability to perform construction site inspections with attention to detail and accuracy in data collection Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to elevating the standards in the home safety industry.
