Job Description

SBB Management is looking for a Compliance Inspector to ensure adherence to HOA rules as you drive through communities looking for violations. This job is perfect for someone that doesn't enjoy spending their workday in a cublicle and thrives working independently. Oversee and conduct inspections of community amenities and building facilities. Conduct inspections with Community Association Managers and Board Members as needed. Preparation of deed restriction violation letters based on inspections. Reply to emails and phone calls regarding inspections and violations. Maintain good rapport with Community Association Managers, Board Members, homeowners, and vendors, responding promptly. Schedule inspections on monthly calendar for assigned associations per contract. May require walking and utilizing golf cart or similar type of vehicle. Special projects and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
18 years or older. 1+ years of previous experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have a reliable vehicle, current driver license and clean driving record. Must have and maintain adequate and current automobile insurance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Strong and professional verbal and written communication and people management skills. Excellent customer service. Extremely organized, and strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
