This job is physical and hands-on, every day, in real conditions: You'll be on-site by 7:00 AM, sometimes with short notice, at homes across Hampton Roads. Reliable transportation and on-time arrival are non-negotiable. You'll climb ladders, crawl through attics and tight crawlspaces, and work in heat, cold, dust, and weather. You'll lift and move heavy equipment and be on your feet most of the day. If that sounds like a problem, this isn't the job for you, and that's okay. The trade of home inspection takes time to learn, and we invest in people who commit to mastering it from the ground up. You'll be the lead inspector's right hand: setting up ladders and access areas, removing and reinstalling access panels, testing appliances and fixtures (ovens, dishwashers, washers and dryers, sinks, showers, toilets), taking and labeling inspection photos, recording measurements and notes, and leaving every property cleaner than we found it. We teach you all of it. No inspection experience needed. We teach the skill . You bring the work ethic . Who thrives here. What we require:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation (you must be able to get yourself to sites) Physically able to lift heavy objects, climb, crawl, and work in all weather Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to follow instructions exactly Dependability above everything.
