Job Description
This posting is for an inspector with the WV Division of Labor, Licensing section. Headquartered at your home, you will have an area of assignment to travel within the state to inspect compliance with WV Code Chapter 30 Article 42, West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act; WV Code Chapter 21 Article 16, Regulation of Heating, Ventilating & Cooling Work; and WV Code Chapter 21 Article 14, Supervision of Plumbing Work. Hands-on training will be provided. Equipment will be provided. Candidates shall have a valid West Virginia Driver's License. Accurate data entry into databases and reports is required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
Graduation from a standard four-year high school or the equivalent.Training:
