Job Description:
Job Summary Load/unload or otherwise move inventory through the use of overhead crane or other material handling equipment as specified according to work orders and by directive of supervisor. Physical Requirements Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Repetitive Motion Function in the Job Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function Log and report inventory location changes according to specified procedure Assemble customer orders according to work orders Log and tag inventory received according to specified procedure Record pertinent material information on to work orders or other forms as specified by management Special projects as specified by management. Performance of other Warehouse or Processing / Maintenance Department tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work.
