Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Certified Crane Operator to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, mechanically skilled, and capable of operating various cranes for industrial, commercial, and construction applications. Responsibilities Operate mobile and/or tower cranes in accordance with OSHA and manufacturer specifications. Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation. Follow lift plans, load charts, and communicate effectively with signalpersons and rigging crews. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, site rules, and company procedures. Complete required logs, inspections, and reports accurately and on time. Assist with rigging, setup, and teardown of cranes as needed. Requirements Current NCCCO (or equivalent) Crane Operator Certification required. Valid CDL Class A license required. Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience . Strong understanding of load charts, lift capacities, and crane dynamics. Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to job sites as required.
