In this vital role, you will operate a 45 ton Boom Truck with rear mounted swing cab to facilitate efficient and safe movement of heavy materials across construction sites, warehouses, and shipping & receiving areas. Your expertise in load handling procedures, rigging, and safety regulations will ensure projects progress smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Operate overhead cranes, boom trucks, hydraulic cranes, and other heavy lifting equipment with precision and safety awareness. Conduct load handling procedures in crane operations, ensuring proper load securing rigging methods are followed at all times. Implement crane operation best practices while adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards. Perform routine inspections of cranes and lifting equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns before use. Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and materials handlers to plan lifts and execute them efficiently within project timelines. Secure loads properly using appropriate rigging techniques, ensuring safe transportation of materials across the worksite. Maintain detailed records of crane operation activities, safety checks, incident reports, and load logs for compliance purposes. Skills
