Shift:

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

include but not limited to: Pre-inspection of overhead crane. Storing, organizing, gathering, staging and loading of steel bundles weighing up to 10,000 lbs. Order Filler duties. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or other designated leaders/ Supervisors. Steward for safety. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass drug screening. Must be reliable and responsible. Read, write and speak English Familiarity with math, weights, and measurements; ability to read and understand conversion tables. Good organizational skills and spatial reasoning. Ability to learn and proficiently use a bar code scanner and overhead crane, and hand-held tools, micrometer, ruler. Communicate and work effectively with a team. Physically able to walk and stand constantly, frequently stoop, bend, climb, twist and reach above shoulder height with up to a 10-pound load. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
