Job Description
Mobile Crane Operator Location:
Rochester, IN Pay:
$20-$25/hr, based on experienceSchedule:

Competitive pay (based on experience) Consistent, year-round work Full benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with well-maintained equipment What You'll Do As a Mobile Crane Operator, you'll play a key role in safely moving and positioning materials and equipment across our operation. Operate mobile cranes to lift, move and place materials safely and efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks and transport vehicles Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational Monitor gauges and controls during operation Identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly Assist with minor equipment repairs when needed Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations What We're Looking For 2+ years of mobile crane operating experience Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and safety practices Ability to perform inspections and recognize mechanical issues Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Strong communication skillsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
