Reidsville, NC 27320 Job Description The basic function of the Crane Operator / Material Handler is to lift, move, and position loads, such as machinery, equipment, products, and solid or bulk materials. The role also includes safely loading and unloading trucks/trailers and ensuring proper weight handling. Starting pay will be based on experience.

Requirements Preferred:

High School diploma or

GED Preferred:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator, preferably in a recycling environment Must have corrected vision that meets the same requirements as a valid driver's license Must have coordination between eyes, hands, and feet Principal Duties Operate material handler in a manner that always ensures safety for themselves, customers, and co-workers Adhere to all company safety policies Lift, move, and position loads such as machinery, equipment, products, and solid bulk material as needed Load and unload trucks/trailers in a timely manner Service and maintain material handler daily using company resources Upgrade non-ferrous materials out of shred/white goods pile Ensure flow of traffic is handled as safely and efficiently as possible Use any free time efficiently by working on ways to make the scrap metal recycling process more efficient and effective Ensure working areas are kept neat, orderly, clean, and hazard-free Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Location Manager Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Additional Requirements Ability to commute to Reidsville, NC 27320 (Required) Ability to relocate to Reidsville, NC 27320 before starting work (Required) #FRHIRE
