Responsibilities Operate cranes and boom trucks with skill and precision to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or within warehouse environments Rig loads securely using rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting operations Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading shipments in shipping & receiving areas Coordinate with team members to plan lifting sequences and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Conduct routine inspections of crane equipment to maintain optimal performance Assist with materials handling tasks such as loading trucks or organizing supplies within storage facilities Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience operating cranes, boom trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance Valid commercial driver's license (CDL), NCCCO Certified Operator for driving large equipment or transporting materials Skilled in rigging techniques and materials handling processes Construction site experience is highly desirable for understanding project workflows and safety standards Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with warehouse experience is a plus Join us as a Crane Operator and become a key player in building something lasting!
