What You'll Do Safely operate a mobile boom crane to support the production of large concrete products.

Perform crane-related activities including stripping, setup, pouring, loading, and material handling.

Move, lift, and position forms, concrete products, and other materials using proper rigging and lifting practices.

Handle and store materials using both mechanical equipment and manual methods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Assist production team members with manufacturing, yard, and general labor activities as needed.

What You'll Need Current NCCCO certification required.

Knowledge of crane operation, rigging, and safe lifting practices.

Experience with rough terrain cranes and related equipment preferred.

Ability to safely operate equipment, tools, and machinery.

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Your Education

High School Diploma or GED required
