Experienced Hay Baling Equipment OperatorPosition Overview We are urgently seeking a skilled Farm Equipment Operator with a strong background in forage harvesting and hay production to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience operating tractors and various hay baling machinery.

Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Safely and efficiently operate tractors, windrowers, rakes, and square hay balers.

Field Execution:

Monitor crop conditions and execute cutting, raking, baling, and moving/stacking bales into storage or trailers.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine daily maintenance (greasing components, checking fluid levels), clear minor blockages, and make necessary in-field adjustments.

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly adhere to farm safety protocols and maintain efficient field operations.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of verified, recent experience operating agricultural tractors and hay baling equipment.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic troubleshooting skills for minor in-field equipment adjustments and routine servicing.

Availability:

Must be ready to start immediately.

Licensing:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; agricultural background or endorsements are a strong plus.
