$20.00•23.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Drilling Lead supports daily drilling operations within a manufacturing environment by coordinating workflow, supporting production activities, and assisting with department oversight. This role helps ensure product quality, efficient material movement, and consistent production output while providing guidance and support to operators throughout the shift. The position is also responsible for operating and overseeing multiple numerically controlled drilling machines, assisting with machine setups, and helping maintain productivity and workflow efficiency across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations and workflow based on Production Control scheduling priorities Train and assist in Drill preparation in order to maximize productivity Operate drilling equipment independently with minimal supervision Review production travelers and make setup decisions in accordance with customer specifications Evaluate products for quality compliance and stop processing of non-conforming material when necessary
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the printed circuit board industry High school diploma or equivalent Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills Understanding of industry standards and their appropriate application Ability to stand, sit, or walk for the duration of the shift Strong concentration skills with the ability to remain focused despite interruptions
Additional Information:
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). U.S. person status or eligibility to obtain required export authorizations is required.
Pay:
$20.00•$23.00 per hour
