Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment on construction sites, ensuring that all drilling activities are conducted safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, as well as experience in various types of equipment operation. The Driller will play a crucial role in building foundations and other structures, contributing to the success of our projects. Duties Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment to perform drilling tasks. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate drilling activities on-site. Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including depth and material encountered. Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the operation of additional machinery such as loaders, water trucks, bulldozers, dump trucks, and graders as needed. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience with commercial driving and operating various types of construction machinery. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Ability to dig and build according to project specifications. Proficient in loader operation, water truck management, bulldozing, dump truck driving, and grader operation. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
