Pipe layers, Equipment Operators, Directional Drilling crews. Experience is not mandatory. Our company is willing to train candidates eager to learn new skills and grow with our company with a proven track record. All team members play a crucial role installing underground utilities consisting of water, sewer, power, and communications. Compensation is based on experience. Duties Digging and lifting. Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and directional drills. Work well with others. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment problems as they arise. Qualifications Willing to work Monday thru Friday. Preferred but not mandatory, mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment. Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work well within a team environment. Previous experience in construction sites is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites. Drug Free Workplace.
