Position Summary We are seeking an Exploration Team Member (ETM) to support geotechnical drilling and subsurface exploration projects. In this hands-on field role, you will operate drilling equipment, collect soil and rock samples, install monitoring instruments, and help ensure safe and efficient project completion. Responsibilities Operate geotechnical drill rigs and assist with drilling operations. Lead and work alongside a two-person drilling crew. Install monitoring wells, piezometers, inclinometers, and related instrumentation. Collect, classify, and document soil and rock samples. Perform site reconnaissance, utility clearance, and basic surveying tasks. Load, unload, and transport equipment to project sites. Complete daily field reports and DOT logs. Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs. Follow all safety procedures and maintain quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of drilling, construction, or related field experience. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days of hire. State-required drilling or well installation licenses, where applicable. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
