Company Overview Municipal Maintenance Company is a leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor with over 70 years of experience. Specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of water and sewer equipment, we are committed to delivering top-quality services to our clients. We offer comprehensive benefits including paid time off, 401(k), profit sharing, and health coverage. Overview We are seeking a skilled Master Well Driller to join our team.

. In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing well rehabilitations and pump replacements on municipal and community supply wells. Experience with chemical and mechanical redevelopment is a must.
Our Well Services Include:
Repair and installation of well pumps and motors Inspection with downhole color video Mechanical and Chemical Well Redevelopment General and yearly inspections to include; well testing, motor lubrication, and stuffing box services. All services are equiped with written requests and suggestions. Flow testing and troubleshooting well and pump conditions or problems Data Logging using In-Site hermit Qualifications Proven experience as a Master Well Driller Must have a current NCCCO Crane operator license Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record for transporting equipment and materials Hands-on experience operating construction machinery including Caterpillar equipment and horizontal drilling tools Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and environmental regulations Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently

Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have a New Jersey Master Well Driller License? Do you have a current NCCCO Crane Operator License?
