We are currently seeking a part time seasonal Customer Sales and Service Representative to become a part of our team. Description The job responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Respond to customer inquiries ex account questions, web site support, service questions etc.
• Take orders for service requests and follow up to submit orders. Also taking orders for Oil deliveries.
• Update and maintain customer database with all details of customer account activity
• Contact current, past, and prospective customers to promote company specials and generate sales.
• Provide customers with detailed information on automatic delivery, service contracts, and budget programs.
• Work in high volume call setting responding to all customer inquiries help with any subject they are seeking about 7HVAC/ 7 Oil and its services.
• Take on one-off assignments delegated by the office manager Requirements High school degree or equivalent 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience preferred but not necessary Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Willingness to learn and adaptable in fast pace work environment Must be reliable and dependable Team player Willingness to adopt the "7 Oil Way" Pre employment drug screening required before hiring Hours Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 a.

m.to 6:00 p.m. ( up to 4-5 hours @ day) With occasional Saturdays extra hours may be required to meet business demands. Hours will vary depending on weather and work load.
