Job Description

We are looking for a licensed well driller in the state of Nevada. Responsibilities include drilling water wells in Northern Nevada and parts of California, and driving to and from jobsite locations in company-supplied trucks. Work is based in the Reno area, with out-of-town jobs Monday through Friday in the Winnemucca and Bishop areas. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, and employees are typically working 50+ hour weeks. Overtime pay is anything after 40 hours per week. Pay is $30-$38 per hour depending on experience. CDL and Nevada Driller's License are required, and the Driller's License must be current at time of hire. Full health insurance coverage for the employee paid 100% by employer, up to 15% of yearly wages contributed to 401(k) plan, holiday pay, and paid time off. Applicant must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass a pre employment drug screening and physical. Please contact us with any question Responsibilities Operate drilling equipment to drill water wells and ensure efficient well installation. Conduct routine maintenance on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols on jobsites. Drive commercial vehicles, including drill rig, water trucks and support trucks to transport materials and equipment as needed. Set casing and screen, develop wells, and troubleshoot downhole problems. Keep accurate drill logs, well records, and state reporting paperwork. Maintain rigs, tooling, and support trucks; perform daily inspections. Communicate with customers and office staff on job progress and site conditions.
