This position will be responsible for the safe operation of the conductor rig as well as the management of the conductor crew while on location. Job duties and

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper safe loading of company equipment and supplies before leaving the yard.

Ensure that the crew is fit for duty and has all PPE before leaving yard.

Responsible for daily morning JSA/safety meeting.

The safe Loading and off-loading of equipment on location.

Greet Customer and/or Company Man to ensure that location is ready and verify proper placement of equipment and drilling site.

Must safely drill and operate to the called for specifications.

Must ensure that all equipment is maintained.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Welding experience Minimum of 2 plus years DOT verifiable heavy haul experience Minimum of 2 to 3 years Conductor Drilling. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Requirements Must always work in a safe and efficient manner.

Must have valid Class A, CDL prefer with Tanker Endorsement.

Must be able to work weekends when needed.

Must be willing to work required 12-hour shifts.
