This is a hands-on position supporting our drywall and painting crews on residential and commercial construction projects. Drywall and painting experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

Based on Experience Weekly Pay Sick Pay Full Time Opportunities for Growth Responsibilities Assist with drywall installation, hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Assist with surface preparation, painting, and touch-ups Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Use basic hand and power tools safely Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites Assist experienced crew members with various construction tasks Follow instructions and safety procedures Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines Perform general labor and other duties as needed Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from job sites Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials Construction, drywall, or painting experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work well independently and as part of a team This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow their construction skills in a supportive environment that values safety and craftsmanship. Pay:
