Job Description

Job Summary We are a very busy siding and window company based in Anchorage. We are looking for siding subcontractors experienced in maintenance free siding. The typical work area is anything from Big Lake to Girdwood with most jobs being in Anchorage. Top market pay for the right crew. Must have your own reliable transportation, your own tools, ladders, planks etc. Responsibilities Install and replace various types of siding including Everlast, vinyl, steel metal panels, and other exterior cladding materials. Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and caulking guns effectively to complete siding tasks. Operate power tools including drills, saws, nail guns, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety standards to maintain a secure work environment. Apply finishing techniques such as trim carpentry and caulking to ensure a polished exterior appearance. Maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project. Follow all safety protocols related to scaffolding, heavy lifting, (if applicable), and working at heights. Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related construction roles with a focus on exterior cladding projects. Must be licensed, insured, and bonded. Must have your own reliable transportation, your own tools, ladders, planks etc.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
