Summary:
We're looking for a high-energy RV Detailer . As a high-volume regional leader, we don't just wash RVs; we prep dreams for the open road. If you have a passion for perfection, are a natural leader in a fast-paced environment, and have a "lead-by-example" work ethic, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
Wash, wax, and polish the exterior surfaces of RVs, including the body, windows, and tires. Remove dirt, grime, and any debris to enhance the vehicle's appearance. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and all compartments. Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect. Interact with customers regarding their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on the care of their RVs. Maintain an organized workspace and equipment area to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning processes. What You Bring to the
Table:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience detailing (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred). Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products specifically for RVs is highly desired but not required. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning. Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
