Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the EVS department
• Supervise a team of EVS staff, providing guidance and support
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Address customer complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in EVS management or a similar supervisory role
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
