We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Drywall repair and finish work in occupied commercial buildings: patching, texture matching, taping, and the finish work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers. Clean, quiet work around tenants who are still in the building.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Taping and finishing to Level 4 or Level 5. Texture matching on existing walls. Metal stud framing. Painting to match. Working clean in occupied space. Valid California driver's license.

NICE TO HAVE

Commercial punch-list experience. Acoustic ceiling work.
