Handyman / Plumber - Commercial Services Palm Construction | Sonoma, CA Palm Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around the Sonoma area. This is a steady, no-upsell position focused on quality workmanship and reliable service. What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Company truck 401(k) & retirement plan Profit sharing Medical, dental, and vision insurance Stable, commercial-only work (no residential upselling) Job Responsibilities Commercial plumbing service and repairs Running a 100' drain snake Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters Basic drywall repair and painting Door and lock repairs and adjustments Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.) T-bar ceiling repairs Minor electrical repairs (a big plus) Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades Clean driving record Clean criminal background Ability to work independently and professionally on commercial sites Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities service Strong plumbing background with multi-scope repair ability
