Monegro Contractors Inc is looking for a skilled Remodeling professional to join our growing team in Orlando, FL! Responsibilities:

Perform residential and/or commercial remodeling tasks including carpentry, drywall, flooring, and finish work Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans to remodeling projects accurately Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met Identify and resolve construction issues or challenges on-site as they arise Assist with material estimation, procurement, and inventory management

Requirements:

Proven experience in remodeling, renovation, or general construction Proficiency in carpentry, tile, drywall, painting, or other remodeling trades Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards in Florida Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Orlando area Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
