We are currently offering part time positions with the potential to maintain full time hours if the position is fit for you! This is a hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to work in both professional residential/construction cleaning and residential/construction painting. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, work well with others, and are willing to learn. 1-2 year experienced individuals is preferred but it is not necessary as we can train the right person. What matters most is having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills. We service all of Northeast Florida and surrounding areas so having reliable transportation is necessary for this position as the job site location changes daily.

Duties Include:

Cleaning Perform residential and construction cleaning services Complete routine, deep, and detailed cleaning projects Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces Clean appliances, fixtures, baseboards, doors, windows, and other areas as assigned Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Follow company cleaning procedures and standards Painting Assist with interior and exterior painting projects Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and filling holes Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other areas before painting Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers as trained Perform trim, doors, walls, ceilings, and other painting work Maintain clean lines and professional finishes Assist with job-site cleanup and organization Follow proper company painting procedures and standard Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.

Employees should be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs
• Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies, equipment, paint, and materials 50lbs or more.
• Working on ladders when properly trained
• Performing repetitive cleaning and painting tasks
