Job Description
Andromeda Cleaning Services is seeking experienced post-construction cleaning subcontractors to support residential builders in Mandarin, San Jose, Forest, Ortega, Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville Beach, and St. Augustine. We specialize in rough, final, and touch-up cleaning for new construction homes. If you have strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and experience working on construction sites, we want to work with you. Responsibilities Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleans Remove drywall dust, debris, stickers, and paint overspray Clean cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and floors Ensure homes are inspection-ready Work safely around active construction sites Provide photo updates when required Requirements Experience in post-construction cleaning Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Ability to work early mornings Comfortable working around active construction Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Subcontractors must bring their own cleaning supplies and tools suitable for post-construction cleaning (rags, scrapers, dusters, window tools, etc.) General liability insurance preferred (not required) Pay Pay per project Typical range: $150 - $450+ per home Weekly opportunities available depending on builders workload How to
