Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling, including drywall finishing, electrical work, flooring installation, and general construction. This role involves transforming residential and spaces according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, construction, and finishing work. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various tasks. Perform electrical installations and repairs as needed within remodeling projects. Apply caulking, plaster, and other materials for finishing touches on walls, floors, and fixtures. Install flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, or laminate according to design plans. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns or changes. Estimate project timelines and materials needed for successful completion. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to the job site Proven experience in remodeling or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely. Familiarity with electrical systems and installation practices is a plus. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions. Experience in drywall finishing is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
