Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform carpentry, plastering and other construction activities. Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications. Manage construction site activities, including framing, door hanging, tile laying, caulking, and restoration work. Collaborate with project managers on construction management tasks such as estimating materials, scheduling work phases, and tracking progress. Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Extensive experience with drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and building finishing techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for carpentry, framing, and other construction tasks. Strong knowledge of construction management principles Skilled in electrical work, plumbing installations, fixture installation, caulking, and drywall finishing. Familiarity with construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control throughout projects.
