Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical work. Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs. Conduct minor carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, and furniture. Assist with painting and drywall repairs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces. Respond promptly to service requests and perform work efficiently to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools are stored properly after use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
