The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, capable of handling various maintenance and repair tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical work. Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs. Conduct minor carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, and furniture. Assist with painting and drywall repairs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces. Respond promptly to service requests and perform work efficiently to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools are stored properly after use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other electrical testing tools is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues independently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in approach. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
