Dunkirk, IN, 47336 Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for a skilled drywall contractor to complete a residential drywall project. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Install approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of drywall in the designated areas of the home. Complete drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, and sanding to provide a paint-ready surface. Finish new ceiling areas with a smooth texture . Popcorn texture is not required. New drywall does not need to match the existing plaster/drywall surfaces; the completed areas will be painted the same color as the surrounding areas. Drywall materials will be provided for the project. Existing insulation is already in place; insulation installation is not included .

Must have the tools necessary to complete the job. Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris. Take before, during, and after photos. Must have experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and ceiling finishing. PAY $1130.00 Do great work and there's more where this came from.
