What We're Looking For:

We're actively hiring subcontractors with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Bathroom and kitchen remodeling Basement finishing Drywall installation and repair Interior and exterior painting Luxury vinyl plank flooring Finish carpentry and trim Roofing and gutter work General home repairs Demolition and jobsite cleanup

Requirements:

Residential remodeling or construction experience Quality workmanship and attention to detail Dependable attendance and timely project completion Professional communication with customers and Ohl Tyme Services Clean, safe, and organized jobsites Proper protection of customers' homes and belongings Ability to work independently Your own tools and reliable transportation Current general liability insurance Compliance with applicable Maryland building codes and requirements
