Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking experienced, full-service subcontractors to manage and execute kitchen and bath remodeling projects from demolition through final punch-out. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship, coordinating all on-site trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. We are looking for subcontractors throughout the Metro Detroit area. Key Responsibilities Execute full-scope kitchen and bath remodels, including: Demolition, Framing and Carpentry, Cabinet installation, Trim work and finishing Coordinate and/or perform trade work: Plumbing (disconnect/reconnect, fixture install), Electrical (basic rough and finish coordination), HVAC (basic rough and finish coordination), Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes), Drywall, mudding, and painting Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and specifications Manage job site day-to-day: Schedule and sequence work efficiently, Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local code requirements Communicate proactively with project managers regarding: Progress updates, Issues, delays, or change of conditions Complete punch lists and final walkthrough corrections in a timely manner Qualifications 5+ years of residential remodeling experience Proven ability to complete full projects independently or with a small crew Access to multiple crews (preferred) Strong working knowledge of: Framing and Carpentry, Cabinet installation, Tile work, Basic plumbing and electrical coordination Ability to read plans and layouts accurately Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation Requirements Must carry: General liability insurance, Workers' compensation insurance (if applicable) Must provide own tools and equipment Must pass background check Compensation Paid per project, phase, or agreed scope (piece-rate or contract pricing) Why Work With Us Steady pipeline of projects Clear scopes and expectations Support from project management team Opportunity for long-term partnership
