We are seeking a reliable and skilled trades professional to perform various tasks on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience Painting, rough carpentry, Drywall installation/Finishing with a heavy background in finish tile work, back splash, shower and floor installation.Responsibilities:
- Carpenter finish work and trim, cabinets, snap lock floors
- Drywall hanging, tape, mud to smooth finish ready for paint
- Drywall repairs, able to cut lines, prime and paint to finish
- Small handyman electrical and plumbing is a plus
- Ability to manage and run reconstruction projects, ability to read blueprints
- Follow job scope requirements
- A+ customer care and communication, able to solve problems on the job :
- Previous experience in painting, skilled labor, and construction is required
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Valid driver's license is required
