Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled trades professional to perform various tasks on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience Painting, rough carpentry, Drywall installation/Finishing with a heavy background in finish tile work, back splash, shower and floor installation.

Responsibilities:

• Carpenter finish work and trim, cabinets, snap lock floors
• Drywall hanging, tape, mud to smooth finish ready for paint
• Drywall repairs, able to cut lines, prime and paint to finish
• Small handyman electrical and plumbing is a plus
• Ability to manage and run reconstruction projects, ability to read blueprints
• Follow job scope requirements
• A+ customer care and communication, able to solve problems on the job :
• Previous experience in painting, skilled labor, and construction is required
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
• Valid driver's license is required
