Rainbow Restoration of Jefferson City is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Specialist to help restore residential and commercial properties following water, fire, mold, and other property damage. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can manage repair projects efficiently from start to finish. Required Experience Must be proficient in drywall repair, trim repair and drywall texturing Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and repair techniques Ability to produce clean, professional finishes that meet company and customer expectations Responsibilities Repair, install, tape, mud, texture, and finish drywall Complete reconstruction work following property damage Perform painting, trim work, and other general repairs as needed Review project scopes and determine the materials and labor required Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members Complete assigned projects on schedule and according to quality standards Document project progress and promptly report unexpected conditions or additional work needed Follow all company procedures and workplace safety requirements Qualifications Minimum of four years of verifiable drywall-finishing experience Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional appearance and customer-service skills Ability to lift construction materials and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to complete a background check, if required What We Offer Consistent work, no lay offs with an established restoration company Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects Supportive, team-oriented working environment Opportunities for professional growth If you value quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.
