This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to restoration jobs, ensuring smooth, seamless walls and ceilings that meet the highest standards. As a key contributor to our crew, you'll be empowered to showcase your skills in drywall installation, finishing, and related trades while adhering to safety protocols and construction plans. Bring your energy, expertise, and attention to detail to help us deliver exceptional results on every project! Responsibilities Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels using hand tools and power tools across various construction sites. Tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless finish aligned with project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute drywall layouts and metal stud framing. Perform drywall repairs, patching damaged areas, and restoring surfaces following water damage or mold remediation procedures. Install trim carpentry, fixtures, doors, and perform finishing touches such as caulking and painting to enhance interior aesthetics. Collaborate with team members on framing (including metal studs), plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other related tasks. Follow construction safety regulations diligently while operating hand tools and power tools like airless paint sprayers or tile cutters. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation and finishing techniques. Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Hands-on experience with drywall mudding, taping, texturing, repair work, and restoration industry practices. Skills in framing carpentry (including metal studs), door hanging, fixture installation, plumbing basics, masonry work, and remodeling are highly desirable. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
