e2236-59101 Job Description Embark on an impactful career supporting pediatric students as a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting near Billings, MT. In this role, you will work directly with children to foster their communication skills, delivering essential therapy and interventions within an educational environment. This opportunity is open to travel professionals and those seeking meaningful work where every day brings rewards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Prior experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement speech and language therapies for students Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments Develop tailored IEP goals and provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support Maintain thorough records of student progress and comply with documentation requirements Offer guidance and resources to educational staff related to speech and language development Support an inclusive classroom environment that empowers every student What's in It for
