We're looking for a dependable remodeling helper with strong drywall repair and finishing skills to join our installation team. A key part of this role is completing drywall patches, installing small sections of drywall, and handling finishing work that helps us close out bathroom remodels. You must be comfortable taking small drywall repairs from installation through a smooth, paint-ready finish with minimal supervision. You'll also support our lead installers with demolition, material handling, job site preparation, cleanup, and basic installation tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work and takes pride in leaving a completed project looking professional. Key Responsibilities Drywall Repair & Finishing Repair drywall openings and damage around bathroom renovations. Cut, fit, and install small sections of drywall, including backing and fastening as needed. Tape, mud, sand, and finish repairs to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Match existing wall texture when applicable. Complete minor painting, trim, caulking, and other project finishing tasks as skills allow. Protect customers' homes and control dust during repairs. Communicate remaining work and material needs to help keep projects moving toward completion. Bathroom Installation Support Assist lead installers with demolition and removal of old fixtures, drywall, and debris. Set up and break down tools and materials. Move and position shower panels, tubs, fixtures, and tools. Take basic measurements and assist with installation tasks under direction. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Material & Warehouse Support Receive, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects. Help maintain warehouse organization and track materials using mobile apps. Transport materials and haul a landscape trailer as needed. Qualifications Required Hands-on experience repairing and finishing drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding. Ability to independently complete small drywall repairs to a consistent, paint-ready finish. Ability to safely use common hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team. Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds and perform physical construction work throughout the day. Basic smartphone and mobile app skills. Preferred Two or more years of construction, remodeling, or related hands-on experience. Experience with texture matching, painting, trim, caulking, and project punch-list work. Experience safely towing and backing a landscape trailer.
